Komanda Software is a platform designed to optimize your sales processes, inventory control, and customer management.

The challenge was to create a website to promote a software solution focused on the management of restaurants and cafés. Its main goal was to showcase the system’s key features in a clear, visual, and appealing way, targeting business owners in the food and beverage industry.

I was responsible for designing the website layouts, from organizing the content to crafting the visual presentation. I ensured the final design respected the existing branding, resulting in a clean, user-friendly, and functional interface. I collaborated with the developers to make sure the layout was technically feasible and ready for implementation.

I was in charge of designing the website layout for Komanda, a platform tailored to restaurant and café management. My work involved structuring the content to clearly present the software’s benefits while keeping the interface visually appealing and aligned with the brand identity. I created responsive, user-friendly layouts that helped communicate complex functionalities—such as inventory control, customer tracking, and billing—in a simple and accessible way.

Key challenges

The main challenge was to organize the information into an accessible, structured format while staying aligned with the brand’s identity.

Workflow

1. Brief & Research

I analyzed the client’s needs, the target audience (restaurant and café owners), and the competitive landscape to design a site that clearly communicated the software’s value.

2. Information Architecture

I structured the technical and commercial information into clear sections, prioritizing usability and fast understanding of the platform’s features.

3. Layout Design

I created desktop layouts with a strong focus on visual hierarchy, clarity, and a professional aesthetic aligned with the brand.

4. Visual Alignment

I selected typography, colors, and graphic elements that matched the software’s branding, ensuring consistency throughout the site.

5. Client Presentation & Handoff

The final design was approved with no major changes and handed off to developers for implementation.
