Open Trade is a Mexican company specializing in logistics solutions for imports and exports.
The main objective was to create the interface for an internal web application centralized and simplified for client management, while also integrating a reliable invoicing system. The interface needed to be clean, easy to use, and visually aligned with the company’s existing branding.
my rol
For this project, I was hired as a freelance designer by two systems engineers to create the interface for the internal web app. I was responsible for designing the complete set of layouts for the application, focusing on clarity, visual hierarchy, and consistency with Open Trade’s visual identity.

In-depth collaboration
I was responsible for designing the full set of layouts for Open Trade’s internal web application.
The final designs included all key screens for customer registration, profile management, and the invoicing system. I worked closely with the engineering team to understand technical requirements and ensure the designs were development-ready. The project concluded successfully with a set of functional and visually consistent UI mockups that were well-received by both the developers and the client.

What we achieved

The design was approved with minimal revisions and successfully moved into development. It provided Open Trade with a modern, user-friendly system to manage clients and streamline invoicing operations.
